Employee Pay

Employee Pay

The Royal Navy pays it’s employees. However, specific conditions must be met in order to receive payments. This is because we will not pay people who come in for five (5) minutes, sit at the back doing nothing and then demand pay. The Royal Navy does not pay employees who do not work because those people are lazy, greedy and incredibly stupid.

Payment Criteria

  1. You must work for at least seven (7) hours every week.
  2. You must be at least a Midshipman to receive a payment,
  3. You must be a Drill Instructor.
  4. You must follow all of the rules and regulations of the Royal Navy.
  5. You must not have been disciplined by any Flag Rank officers within the last seven (7) days.

If you do not meet just one of the above conditions then you will not be paid. Payments are made every Monday and are based on performance and net income of the Royal Navy for that week,

Be Advised! The Royal Navy has no obligation to pay you and will not do so if the Royal Navy does not make any operational profits.

You may be paid between zero (0) and ten (10) coins depending on your rank, performance and ability to meet the payment criteria.
